christmas cheer-i made it through!

made it through my first christmas party without ANY desserts! whoohoo! i’ve got one more week to go…and I plan on finishing up strong. My cravings seem to be fewer and fewer. which I am enjoying. It’s still a struggle, but I’m getting there. I think i’ll still keep the “detox mentality” once my 21 days are over…i’ll still struggle with the cravings…once an addict always an addict, right? well, here is my final week’s meal plan! enjoy.

21-Day Sugar Detox Meal Plan

Week Three (December 15th-21st)
