meal plan week 2

This round is WAY, WAY harder than last time, I think I’ve given in to at least one source of dairy every day…to be honest…I want to give up. in my mind I finished last 21DSD strong…I don’t need this one. But I still struggle with sugar cravings so i just need to buck-up and do it…no weight loss this time around…but that could be because I am not watching what I eat as closely. whoops…sorry folks.

Here’s my week 2 meal plan, hopefully this week will be better than last!

  Breakfast Lunch Dinner Snack/Drinks
Tuesday 3 scrambled eggs with homemade salsa and 16oz of coffee with coconut cream   Pot Roast with onion, carrots and sweet potato ½ C granny-smith apple sauce, hard boiled eggs, nuts, veggies with guac, kombucha, sauerkraut, cinnamon cookies (sweetener free), lemon/lime water
Wednesday

 

2 scrambled eggs, 16 oz coffee with coconut cream Leftover pot roast Steak Salad with homemade vinaigrette Same

 

Thursday Bacon, 2 eggs, 16 oz of coffee with coconut cream Leftover pot roast Zucchini pasta with homemade marinara, and turkey meatballs Same
Friday Green Smoothie, 16 oz of coffee with coconut cream Leftover pasta Stir-fry Same
Saturday 2 hard boiled eggs, 16 oz of coffee with coconut cream Leftover stir-fry Date night! Same
Sunday Same as Tuesday Leftover dinner (whatever we decide to eat) Grain-free, cheese-less pizza Same
Monday Same as Tuesday Leftover pizza Bone broth soup with veggies and chicken Same
