Superpowers for Baby (9 months & up)

4 large, steamed carrots

1/2 C steamed green beans

1-2 Tbsp coconut oil or grass-fed butter

1/2 tsp spirulina

Steam the carrots and green beans. reserve the water from steaming to thin out the baby food if needed. put all ingredients in food processor or bullet until you reach desired consistency. Store for 3 days in fridge, or 1 month in freezer.

Quinoa and Squash (8 months & up)

1/2 C soaked, sprouted and cooked quinoa (see here for more info on Quinoa and how to sprout)

1 C steamed butternut squash

1-2 Tbsp coconut oil or grass-fed butter

After the Quinoa is cooked and the steamed butternut squash and the coconut oil or butter and mash together. Add water reserved from steaming the squash if the mixture needs to be thinned out. Store for 3 days in fridge or a month in freezer.

Chi-Chi-Chi-Chia (7 Months & up)

Use this recipe for the Green Beans & Pear and just soak 2 Tbsp of chia seeds overnight in filtered water and add to the blend.
