Paleo Power Balls

One thing that still gets me is being ready for a snack. Most of the time when I fall off the bandwagon, it is because I am not prepared with quick & easy, grab and go snacks. I set out to make a few things I can snack on when I’m not at home or busy with a toddler. These are yummy and easy to eat. And they have about to 10g of fat, around 2g protein, 4g carbs and less than 2g of sugar per “ball”. It’s a perfect snack for energy. Obviously depending on what kind of nut butter you use, the numbers could vary. Anyways, I hope you enjoy these! They are gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, soy -free, vegan and raw.
