Fall is my absolute favorite time of year. I love when the rain comes in. I enjoy summer, for about 6 weeks. But by early August I am done. I’m ready for sweatshirts and spices, soups and stews and ALL THINGS ORANGE! I never grow tired of Fall. It’s beautiful. This bread has become the requested baked good by my family every Autumn season. It’s so good. I’ve tested it with numerous flours and it holds up no matter what, even regular AP flour. And it’s also dairy-free, and can be made vegan by using a flax egg instead of the regular eggs! It’s so good. NOT healthy, but so good. I’m always sending the recipe out to other people, so I might as well get it posted. I hope you enjoy this bread as much as we do! π
