Many might wonder why we chose to uproot our family and leave a stable income and church family, to go to the poorest area of Washington and live on a reservation.
It’s because God gave us a vision of restoration for the Native people. We see a future birth of indigenous churches and leaders that will transform the reservation through the power of the Gospel like no one has ever seen.
Thankfully, we don’t have to do it alone. Luis and I will be sharing a little blurb at a Foursquare Church tomorrow about our vision for the Yakama Nation. We are excited to partner with churches in our area as we answer God’s call to the Native people. Pray for us!
