Here is some of the resources I use to help me with my Paleo lifestyle.

Balanced Bites is a great place to go if you have any questions regarding Paleo approved foods, seminars, sugar detox, and the Balanced Bites Podcast. I visit this site often, and listen to the podcast at least once a week. I’ve learned so much from them and I know you will too!

Paleo for Women is a great resource for women struggling with hormone problems, fertility, PCOS, weight gain/weight loss, etc. The Paleo lifestyle is heavily male influenced, and Stefani is a great advocate for women’s health.

Against All Grain, The Nourishing Home and The Unrefined Kitchen are great blogs for Paleo recipes. Everything I’ve made from these blogs is fantastic!!

Mark’s Daily Apple is a great resource for Primal questions and lifestyle.

Practical Paleo is a FANTASTIC book for beginners to Paleo/Primal. This book is easy to understand and has great recipes in it. A must buy book for those wanting to start eating Paleo.

The 21-Day Sugar Detox is a program that helps to kick those sugar/carb cravings so many of us have. It’s a good way to start eating Paleo.
