its only day 9…

Sorry folks, I’m just now posting meal plan week two for 21DSD!! I had every intention of posting when I actually did it (Wednesday) but slipped my mine…

First I’ll give you an update on my detox. Yesterday was so hard! I wanted sugar so badly. I was bored. I had to make an effort not to think about it. Luckily, I was stuck at home all day and since I don’t buy things like that I couldn’t give in (though I did think of making cookies just so I could!). I know for sure if I was out and about I would have gone to Starbucks and gotten a snowman cookie!!! *blush*

On the positive side, I feel so much better! Before my body felt like a boat sailing through a storm. Coming up over a wave, crashing down…then doing it all over again. However, I’m only on day 9 and I feel like my boat is sailing in the middle of the ocean with not even a small bump. It’s absolutely crazy.

I’ve lost an upwards of 6 1/2 pounds.

So here’s the meal plan.

Week Two (December 8th-15th)

Bacon, 2 eggs, ½ C sweet potato, 16 oz of coffee with cream Brosch Taco salad, with homemade salsa and sour cream as dressing Same

 

Monday Coconut Flour biscuits with Ham/bacon and a fried egg and butter, 16 oz of coffee with cream Leftover taco salad and ½ C beets Chicken noodle-less soup Same
Tuesday Same as yesterday Leftover Chicken noodle-less soup Roasted chicken with carrots, onion, lemon, sweet potato and butter Same
Wednesday 2 hard-boiled eggs, Greek Yogurt with green tipped banana, 16 oz of coffee with cream Leftover chicken, sauerkraut Saltimbocca with mashed sweet potatoes Same
Thursday Same as Saturday Leftover Saltimbocca Grain-free Chili with Same
Friday Same as Sunday Leftover Chili Rib-eye with caramelized onions, salad with lots of veggies, and homemade vinaigrette Same
