Can’t believe its 2013 already. This year flew by, I honestly don’t know where it went!! I hope everyone’s celebrations were awesome. Luis and I just stayed home and watched some Mad Men 🙂 It was three years yesterday since Luis proposed…crazy.
I wrote down a few goals I have for this year, not so much “resolutions” but some things I want to accomplish this year. As I mentioned in a previous post, my goal is to lose 20 more pounds by June 1st. If I make my goal, I get a trip to Hawaii!! Another goal I have is to read at least one new book every month, educational or for fun. Since having Zoey I’ve become a major T.V. watcher…I mean what else can you do when the babies are nursing every hour for 45 min for their first six weeks of life!? But it’s time to kick the habit of watching T.V. and actually stimulate my mind. My final goal is to either re-enroll in school, or at least get all my ducks in a row to re-enroll. I very much want to get my B.S. or Masters Degree in Nutrition to become a Nutritionist. School might be very hard with a little one, but it’s something I need to/want to do.
Today my husband and I started the 21DSD (my second round, his first). He’s already about to kill me for making him do this…silly. 😉 As promised, here is my meal plan for week one.
